I'm a nerd, I know... And I'm damn proud of it~!
But I'm really happy that I had the privilege to have had attended David Suzuki's lecture. Even more happily that I was able to lecture record his presentation <3 *pats her lecture recorder lovingly*

Growing up, I did projects about him in school when I was asked who my role model was. And till this day, he still is a major role model for me. I grew up watching his documentary television shows "The Nature of Things" and I still try to watch his documentaries when I'm not killed by my school work load...
He even autographed my two books for me~! *sorry for the blurry pictures, I was trying not to flail too much*

These are my two signed books <3 The one on the left is from his newest book "The Legacy" and the one on the right (with the butterfly) is his "You Are the Earth" book~!

Here's the lecture recording of his appearance that I attended for those who are interested. Since McGill University is situated in Canada, he does address some things within Canada *coughs*likeourPrimeMinister*coughs*

It was the best lecture that I ever had in my life~! It was a really fun lecture and the jokes were amazing <3
Just a note, the beginning of the recording is the woman introducing David Suzuki and then afterwards, we watched a trailer for the upcoming of Suzuki's movie "Force of Nature" that is to be released on October 1st (Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa) and October 15th (Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Vancouver, Victoria, and Winnipeg).
For the first two weeks of the release, every dollar from the ticket will be sent to David Suzuki Foundation where they will use the money to help find solutions to our growing crisis of global climate change!
