Shall we date?: Ninja Love GOEMON
As I mentioned in the introduction post (HERE), I've decided to keep track of the correct answers for the characters from the iPod's otome game "Shall we date?: Ninja Love" despite there already being a walkthrough for this game. However, none of them are as extensive as mine. This post will be the walkthrough solution for Goemon leaf

Goemon is absolutely gorgeous and he knows it, resulting in him being a very popular womanizer. He's full of self-confidence and is also bossy as you need to completely obey his orders. He actively reminds you that he's pursuing you to like him, this causes you to be conscious of his presence when he's around you. But as the story progresses, you end up drawing out his true character, who turns out to be a very caring and lovingly loyal person heart1

Here are the photos associated with Goemon from his album:

His letters to you (which are sent to your mailbox by the end of the chapter) are as followed:

Despite there being three endings associated with each character, only the happy ending will be the only one meriting an event picture. The other two endings do not have a picture linked to them. This is the picture rewarded to you if you get your Happy Ending with him. Summary of the ending will not be provided to avoid spoilers of this endearing ending hearts

Depending on the answers you give to Goemon, you'll get one of the endings aforementioned. If you chose all the correct answers, you'll get the Happy Ending. However, if you choose all the incorrect answers, you'll get the Unhappy Ending and the Normal Ending is a combination of both correct and incorrect answers sparkles

In order to get the Happy Ending, you must select these answers (with some variation, but this is guaranteed):
I’m not giving up!
We have to stop this!
Th- that’s...! Panicking
I know that
I was so glad…
Wait a minute!
I’m not a good drinker…
It's not the time to get depressed!
I’m very happy!
Stop him
I’m prepared!
I can’t do that!
She is beautiful…
I’m not OK!
Please tell me the truth!
You’re kidding?
No, I’m not
No, I’ll go with him
Of course!
I know it is!
I won’t allow it!

That's the end of Goemon's route~! hearts

Please do not repost this without my permission or claim this as your own as it took me a while to get these answers!!

I love this one... but one thing that bothered me was the 'geisha' theme all over it. Was that a translation error from Japanese to English, translating prostitute for geisha?

I mean, as far as I know, geisha weren't even around in the time this was set in, and they weren't prostitutes with pimps. I've noticed that theme a few times in a few stories so far... both from Voltage and Shall we date.

Anyway, this guy was gorgeous.

I love his route too! But I do agree with you, the geisha theme was quite predominate throughout the storyline...

I haven't had the chance to switch the language into Japanese (which you can do for the NTT Solmare games), so I'm not entirely sure.

I think it was a deliberate translation error on their part because in part they wanted to use euphemisms. So instead of "prostitutes" they used the terminology of "geishas" because for one it's "Japanesque" and it's less traumatizing to read than just outright having the word PROSTITUTE show up everywhere~

Also, geishas have been around for quite a long time, some historical texts that I remember reading state there have been geishas as early as the 18th century. But just because it wasn't written in historical textbooks, doesn't mean that they weren't there at an even earlier time period~

Sad and Normal Endings
Hey I was wondering what happens in the Normal and Sad endings? I have looked it up online and cannot find it.

Re: Sad and Normal Endings
Hi there~!

I've actually never encountered any of the Normal/Sad routes when I played the game because I did everything in my power to NOT get them ^^;;

I had a friend who got the Sad ending for Kotaro, and she was crying as apparently Kotaro dies from his wounds when he shields you from an attack. That's pretty much the gist of what she told me. If anything, you can play the game and choose all the answers that are opposite of mine to get the alternative ending~

Playing Other Characters
Hi, first of all i would like to thank you for making this guide as I really really really hope I will get the happy ending. I just started playing 3 days ago but im already half way through Goemon's story and I was wondering if i can play other characters once i finish Goemon's. Thanks :)

Re: Playing Other Characters
You can definitely play all the other characters, it's just a matter of whether or not you want to pay a pretty shiny little penny if you want access to them.

Hence where I find myself in the dilemma when I am purchasing the new stories and am on a limited budget to do so.

I have followed these answers, but I don't get any pictures past the first one. I'm playing the iphone version, which is NOT the gree version.

I'm not entirely sure, the version that I created this walkthrough for was for the paid version on the iPod/iPhone. But since then, the app has been updated quite a numeral amount of times, so it may be possible that the answers now slightly deviate from it.
